Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,166 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bleb assembly, Positive regulation of chemotaxis, and Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with EMP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EMP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bleb assembly grouped by EMP1-low versus EMP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
