EML6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and CD49b. Each is linked with EML6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML6-to-partner and partner-to-EML6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
