EML5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, GAPDH, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with EML5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML5-to-partner and partner-to-EML5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by EML5-low versus EML5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
