EML5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,362 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, DDHD1, and ELP3. Each is linked with EML5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML5-to-partner and partner-to-EML5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by EML5-low versus EML5-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
