EML4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6L, GNAT1, and TRPC5. Each is linked with EML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML4-to-partner and partner-to-EML4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LY6L grouped by EML4-low versus EML4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
