Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, GIMAP1, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with EML3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML3-to-partner and partner-to-EML3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EML3 versus FLI1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
