EML3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with EML3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML3-to-partner and partner-to-EML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by EML3-low versus EML3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
