EML3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R5D, ZFAND4, and OR4X2. Each is linked with EML3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML3-to-partner and partner-to-EML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R5D grouped by EML3-low versus EML3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
