EML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,952 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-16, CORT, and FERMT3. Each is linked with EML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML2-to-partner and partner-to-EML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD3-16 grouped by EML2-low versus EML2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
