EML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT70, MEK1_p_S217_S221, and PCNA. Each is linked with EML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML2-to-partner and partner-to-EML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT70 grouped by EML2-low versus EML2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
