Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,853 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EML2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, Negative regulation of protein polymerization, and Response to purine-containing compound. Each is linked with EML2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML2-to-partner and partner-to-EML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly grouped by EML2-low versus EML2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
