Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,388 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIDINS220, EPC2, and RSF1. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EML1 versus KIDINS220 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
