EML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,998 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S89, FARP1, and FERMT2. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EML1 versus DDX21_S89 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
