Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, CDKN3, and PCSK1N. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by EML1-low versus EML1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
