Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.
