Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,003 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary membrane, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Regulation of regulated secretory pathway. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.
