EML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, OR12D2, and RNASE3. Each is linked with EML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML1-to-partner and partner-to-EML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by EML1-low versus EML1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
