EMILIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMILIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMILIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB8P5, FAXDC2, and RNU6-1119P. Each is linked with EMILIN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMILIN2-to-partner and partner-to-EMILIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB8P5 grouped by EMILIN2-low versus EMILIN2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMILIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMILIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
