EMILIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMILIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMILIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRD15, KRTAP6-1, and OR5K2. Each is linked with EMILIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMILIN2-to-partner and partner-to-EMILIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDRD15 grouped by EMILIN2-low versus EMILIN2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMILIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMILIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
