EMID1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,548 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD3, PAIP2B, and NSG1. Each is linked with EMID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMID1-to-partner and partner-to-EMID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
