EMID1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VANGL2, MPP2, and EFNB3. Each is linked with EMID1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMID1-to-partner and partner-to-EMID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
