Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,499 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMID1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of DNA repair, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with EMID1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMID1-to-partner and partner-to-EMID1 results are reported.
