Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EMG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EMG1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher EMG1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EMG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where EMG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
