EME1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EME1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02165, ALDOA, and AP1S3. Each is linked with EME1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EME1-to-partner and partner-to-EME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02165 grouped by EME1-low versus EME1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
