EME1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EME1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, TBC1D21, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with EME1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EME1-to-partner and partner-to-EME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by EME1-low versus EME1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
