EMC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and ZNF536. Each is linked with EMC8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC8-to-partner and partner-to-EMC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by EMC8-low versus EMC8-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
