EMC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02644, OR5D2P, and MIR3167. Each is linked with EMC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC8-to-partner and partner-to-EMC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02644 grouped by EMC8-low versus EMC8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
