Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EMC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EMC7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher EMC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EMC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC are the cancer types where EMC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
