Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EMC6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EMC6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher EMC6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EMC6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where EMC6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
