EMC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,110 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, Tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Protein histidyl modification to diphthamide. Each is linked with EMC6 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC6-to-partner and partner-to-EMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence grouped by EMC6-low versus EMC6-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
