EMC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,198 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, BRK1, and BTD. Each is linked with EMC3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC3-to-partner and partner-to-EMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMC3 versus CHCHD4 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
