EMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP12, HINT1P2, and MIR16-2. Each is linked with EMC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC3-to-partner and partner-to-EMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP12 grouped by EMC3-low versus EMC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
