EMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with EMC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC3-to-partner and partner-to-EMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by EMC3-low versus EMC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
