EMC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR99B, RNA5SP416, and SUPT4H1P2. Each is linked with EMC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC10-to-partner and partner-to-EMC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR99B grouped by EMC10-low versus EMC10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
