EMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230J, NCOA4P1, and RNU6-1292P. Each is linked with EMC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC1-to-partner and partner-to-EMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM230J grouped by EMC1-low versus EMC1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
