EMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, eEF2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with EMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC1-to-partner and partner-to-EMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by EMC1-low versus EMC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
