EMBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Pericytes, DC, and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with EMBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMBP1-to-partner and partner-to-EMBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pericytes grouped by EMBP1-low versus EMBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
