EMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPY, HRG, and MYOD1. Each is linked with EMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMB-to-partner and partner-to-EMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPY grouped by EMB-low versus EMB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
