ELP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELP6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 219 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXN3, CDC40, and PGBD2. Each is linked with ELP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP6-to-partner and partner-to-ELP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXN3 grouped by ELP6-low versus ELP6-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
