Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,604 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with ELP3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP3-to-partner and partner-to-ELP3 results are reported.
