ELP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH11, RNA5SP73, and RNVU1-28. Each is linked with ELP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP2-to-partner and partner-to-ELP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 grouped by ELP2-low versus ELP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
