Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,880 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell proliferation involved in heart morphogenesis, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription. Each is linked with ELP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP2-to-partner and partner-to-ELP2 results are reported.
