ELP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,013 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, PGAM5, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with ELP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP1-to-partner and partner-to-ELP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by ELP1-low versus ELP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
