Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,511 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP188, RNF20, and ANAPC2. Each is linked with ELP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP1-to-partner and partner-to-ELP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELP1 versus NUP188 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
