ELOVL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, C-Raf, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ELOVL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL7-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by ELOVL7-low versus ELOVL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
