ELOVL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, LINC01072, and HNRNPA3P9. Each is linked with ELOVL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL5-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by ELOVL5-low versus ELOVL5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
