Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELOVL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Linoleic acid metabolic process, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ELOVL5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL5-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL5 results are reported.
