Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELOVL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELOVL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDHA2, TMCO5A, and OR2V1. Each is linked with ELOVL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL5-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDHA2 grouped by ELOVL5-low versus ELOVL5-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
