ELOVL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,235 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANDAR, IMMP1L, and LTO1. Each is linked with ELOVL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL4-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PANDAR grouped by ELOVL4-low versus ELOVL4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
