ELOVL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TET2-AS1, MIR7702, and EEF1E1-BLOC1S5. Each is linked with ELOVL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
